JT Mudge
Technology Director

JT Mudge has been involved in technical web development and Internet business consulting for over 10 years. He has been a technical director and lead web project manager for various large consulting firms in the US working for corporations such as American Express, Gateway, TRW, HP, and Sybase.

JT has also worked with many medium and large corporations on their web based initiatives including Caradonna Dive Adventures (a Tui travel company), Calyx Mortgage (#1 US loan origination forms and software), and e2open.

JT currently serves as technical director and senior member/co-founder of LitmusBox, LLC. He also serves on the board of Portugal.com as CTO. Portugal.com is a web content portal for all things Portuguese including information, travel, social networking, shopping, blogs, and more.

JT works closely with understanding the content and functional needs of each project. He has worked with several content management systems and has developed several custom CMS applications for clients. Currently JT is working to support and promote WordPress and WordPress MU as a light weight CMS for smaller companies and corporations.

Paul Seymour
Business and Creative Director

Paul Seymour brings nearly 20 years of experience with computer-based design, having begun his career as the desktop publishing movement was taking off in the late 80s. In 1997 he switched focus to the newly emerging Internet, bending the nascent technology to produce what were then cutting-edge web sites and online environments.

As creative director of web development at Technology Solutions Company, Paul developed standards and practices for producing large, complex web applications. Consulting for large organizations such as GM, Ford, Zurich, Borden, and Roche, along with a bevy of dot-com companies, Paul established a modular approach to web development, providing the foundation for the solid processes LitmusBox uses today.

Paul has also helped foster talent in up-and-coming web professionals, having taught beginning and advanced Flash at a local community college.

Paul founded PSD7 Media Design in 2001, often working in partnership with James Mudge at MudgeWeb, before wrapping up all operations under the LitmusBox banner in 2008. Now, Paul spends less time designing and more time managing; however, he doesn’t miss the creative aspect of web design. He finds creative fulfillment in envisioning unique web solutions, overseeing their creation, and watching his clients benefit from the new technology.

Our developers have worked on advanced .Net server applications, sophisticated PHP frameworks, and really cool new DHTML/AJAX applications.
