We are looking for an individual with strong Project Management and Sales experience. This key team member will manage projects, partners, and clients. In addition to management, the Director of Operation and Sales will spend 25-50% of their time working on sales with new clients and forming new partnerships with web design firms. We are specifically interested in individuals with experience in:
- Web project management
- Proposal development
- Project documentation
- Lead development and management
- Client/Partner relationship management
- A good understanding of web/mobile Information Architecture and User Experience/Interface
Responsibilities
- Working closely with Business and Technical Directors on managing LitmusBox day-to-day operations.
- Managing relationships with some of our design and tech partners. This includes working on timelines, budgets, and project pipelines.
- Managing various web projects and assisting with client relationships on existing maintenance projects using LitmusBox’s process and development guidelines.
- Creating and following up on leads for new web and mobile projects.
- Creating new partnerships with other design and web firms.
- Participating and help coordinating LitmusBox team events and initiatives (including updating standards and procedures, organizing team meetings, assisting in team communications).
This is a salaried position at 30-40 hours a week with benefits. The sales portion of this position also includes a partial commission and share of revenues.
